Peter Liu is an experienced talent development professional whose work is focusing on driving learning and teaching innovation in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. As the Talent and Organization Development Manager of Barco APAC, Peter plays a key role in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned to support the organization’s objective. He has worked with management teams to create and deliver custom-designed training and communication programs that align specific tools and resources to deliver best outcomes. Peter is also skilled in workshop facilitation, coaching and advice, project and talent management and sales training. Peter is keen on leveraging technology to drive learning and development and he believes in making the most of people’s talent and helping them develop to their full potential. Based in Shanghai, Peter holds a master’s degree in M.B.A from Fudan University and Hong Kong University.
