With over 20 years of workplace design and strategy experience, Narita is adept at engaging with leaders and employees to understand physical, behavior and culture change required to transition into new ways of working, define opportunities to empower business performance and create impactful spaces for people.

A keen proponent of shared design expertise for today’s increasingly diverse office spaces, Narita recently led her collective through the conceptualization and execution of The Office, Disrupted, an ongoing exhibition dedicated to sharing perspectives on redesigning the workplace in a time of change.
