Initially, holding a degree in medical imaging and since 2014 active in a healthcare startup with a focus on the dose/quality monitoring software for the radiology departments as clinical application specialist and head of training.

Since 2019, joined the Barco Synergi team as product manager, working very closely with the engineering team as SCRUM product owner, managing requirements and visiting end users and possible partners.

Active in the healthcare industry since 1997 as project manager for quality assurance software of high-end displays for radiology, primary diagnosis and clinical review displays, later on taking the lead on Barco’s QAWeb solution. In 2007 became a full-time product manager for the same product portfolio and working with an international team on new QA guidelines for medical displays.

In 2012, built prototypes for smart medical displays and since 2015 taking the lead on new innovative solutions for healthcare growth markets, based on improving collaboration amongst clinicians through design thinking methodologies.
